Payard is owned by François Payard the world renowned pastry chef. You enter into the patisserie portion of the restaurant to the smell of the dessert that will follow your meal.

Enter into the wood dining room. A mezzanine (La Loge) an intimate dining area overlooks the main dining area. The head chef Philippe Bertineau will temp you with his contemporary French cuisine and Mr. Payard himself with spoil you with confectionary masterpieces.
