Q. What type of services does Beyond Times Square provide?
A. We handle hotels, guides, meals and just about anything
else you might need for individual travelers--as well

Q. Are walking tours difficult? What if we want a tour
via a private car or limousine?
A. Walking tours are generally one to two hours long, depending on the program.
The walking is usually easy, but in some case there are some staircases and
hills. The walk is stop-and-go as your guide explains the sights. Ask us which
tour is right for you.
We can also provide you with a private car (either a
sedan or limousine) with a driver and a separate guide.
With this type of tour, you can cover more of the city
and get out and walk around when you want. For large groups,

Q. While I’m on my trip with Beyond Times
Square, can I add to it or make a change?
A. Yes. Our offices are open 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
and Saturday from 10am – 2pm. All guests have our
24-hour number in case they need to contact us for any
reason while they are in New York City.
Q. How do I decide on a program?
A. We are here to assist you. Just answer a few simple
questions and we can help you select the trip that is
right for you—or customize a program around your
specific interests. Whether it’s a quick getaway,
a vacation or a family reunion, we can help you create

Q. Do you provide transfers to and from the airport?
A. We will be more than happy to pick you up and take
you to the airport based on your schedule. Click here to see transportation options.
Q. Can you accommodate special needs on my trip?
A. From special diets to any physical considerations,
Beyond Times Square can work with you in advance to
make sure any specific requests you have are accommodated.
Q. How much of a deposit is required?
A. Once you decide on the program that is best for you,
we require an initial deposit of $200. Depending on
the program inclusions, other deposits may be necessary.
Q. How does Beyond Times Square choose its guides?
A. All of our guides are licensed by the New York City Department of Consumer
Affairs. Each guide has been interviewed by Beyond Times Square. A member of our
staff has also personally observed every guide on the job.
Q. How does Beyond Times Square select its hotels and
restaurants?
A. The staff of Beyond Times Square personally inspects
all the hotels we use. We see the guest rooms, dining
facilities, public areas and guest facilities to make
sure they meet our standards. We also visit the restaurants
we choose for you. Our staff samples the food and tours
the entire restaurant to make sure it meets our high standards.
